The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be:

  • Receive the Financial Report for 2020-21.
  • Receive the Officers of the Association's Reports for 2021.
  •  Elect Officers of the Association and Members of the committee:
    • President
    • Vice- President
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Committee Members x 3

As per the Association's Constitution, all positions are declared vacant and elections must be held.  Previous members and officers are eligible to stand for re-election.
